Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer a flat rate of $12.95 for packaging and STANDARD delivery on orders to be shipped anywhere in Australia and FREE shipping on all orders over $120. We sometimes offer FREE shipping with a lower minimum order and this is announced through Kindygears homepage. Both the standard shipping rate and free shipping rate apply on all orders weighing up to 5 kilograms. Customers will be contacted / invoiced separately for orders over 5 KG. 

We try our best to securely package your orders before dispatch though Kindygears will not be held liable for items damaged or lost during transit. Australia Post offers extra cover for loss or damage with Registered Post. Please email us if you require this service.  

Order Dispatch 

Standard Deliveries

We process orders and post them within 1-2 business days. Please note that Kindygears is based in Brisbane, Queensland. 

We use Australia Post on all shipments. The delivery time will vary depending on your location but please allow 7 business days for Standard Deliveries and up to 10 to 14 business days for remote locations in Australia for Standard Deliveries.

International Orders 

Our online store accepts orders within Australia and New Zealand only. If you are based outside Australia and New Zealand and wish to make a purchase, please contact us at info@kindygears.com.au 

 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is our top priority!

If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods purchased from us, please contact us immediately at info@kindygears.com.au.

We will request you to package your item securely and return them to us within 7 days from the date you received the package (for damaged or incorrect item) and within 14 days from date you received the package (if you changed your mind). Items should be sent to us via Registered Post.

Upon receipt of the returned item we will be sending you a notification email that the item had been received. We will review if item is eligible* for a return or exchange and notify you via email of the approval or decline of your refund or exchange.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to process your claim within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Approved exchange of the item will be subject to availability(see also Packaging and Shipping Costs for Returns or Exchanges section below).

*NOTE: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all tags attached. Items purchased on Sale, Gift Cards are exempt from being returned or exchanged. For all returns and exchanges, we require receipt or proof of purchase.

Packaging and Shipping Costs for Returns or Exchanges

Original shipping costs when orders are placed with us are non-refundable.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, Kindygears will cover shipping costs for returning the item to us and sending the replacement item to you. If in case you decided not to have the item replaced, this is considered as change of mind and you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us.

For all other eligible returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item to us and sending the exchanged item to you. In case of refunds and Kindygears shouldered the shipping and packaging costs (e.g we offer free shipping for minimum orders of certain amount), the original shipping and packaging costs will be charged to you.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

A notification email will be sent to you when Kindygears send you a refund.  
If you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
